In the event weather cancels an event, players have the opportunity to make up the event by Friday of that week. The round is to be played with at least one other tour member, at said course, playing from the proper tees and playing by league rules.

Cancellation of a round will be determined by one or both commissioners. If neither commissioner is available, on course players can make a reasonable decision. This is the most imperfect section of this document, please be patient. Determination should be made as early as possible, as most courses are at least 20-30 minutes away. It is difficult to make a decision about weather and course conditions without someone being at the course. Every effort will be made to play an event. This portion of the bylaws is dynamic.

The commissioners reserve the right to cancel or postpone both days of an event when inclement weather is expected for one or both days of an event. If an event is cancelled, it will be rescheduled if possible.
